Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the Billing page. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. Then your dynamic codes pause; they are never deleted.
Refunds
- Charged in error or twice: we refund the extra amount in full.
- First payment on a plan: ask within 7 days if you have not used the plan, and we will refund it.
- Monthly renewals: not refundable once the period has started, but you can cancel before the next one.
- Yearly plans: within 14 days of purchase we refund the full amount if you ask. After that we do not refund the unused months.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take 5 to 7 working days. GST is refunded along with the amount.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, you have a 3 day grace period before codes pause. Paying again brings them back.
